Fellowship Mission

The word Fellowship means to share things in common with others.  Today your ministry will share with its Salem Family and visiting Guest, not just food but the spirit of our church.

Fellowship Vision

As your ministry prepares to sponsor fellowship hour, please keep these fellowship goals in mind:

Fellowship Committee Responsibility

Provide support to the Ministry

• Answer questions
• Identify kitchen resources
• To ensure that there are kitchen supplies available for use: cups, plates, napkins, coffee, tea, sugar etc.

Fellowship (HOSTS) Responsibilities:

• To PRAY together as a ministry before serving food
• To Provide food and cold beverages for 7:45am and 11am services
• To prepare food for both services
• To secure enough volunteers for both services
• To CLEAN up after each service
• To take ALL remaining food/beverage with you

Fellowship Hour Check List

Sanitary Guidelines

• Wash hands
• Wear Plastic gloves

Kitchen Management

• TURN OFF & CLEAN coffee pot
• CHECK oven
• CLEAN all countertops
• REMOVE all food and beverages from refrigerator and freezer
• RETURN any unused fellowship supplies to cabinets

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD.  TAKE ALL FOOD WITH YOU.
